Serving Haywood County by providing low cost spay/neuter services & animal wellness programs
TRANSPORT UPDATE: We are booked through March. As soon as we receive our April dates we will post them here. Due to staff shortages, the ASPCA Spay/Neuter Alliance reduced the number of surgeries they can perform so we book up quickly, especially for female dogs.
We will be on a limited office schedule for a week starting February 3rd. We will be closed 2/3, open 2/6 though 2/9 from 10:30 to 2:30 and closed on 2/10. Normal office hours will resume on February 13th.
MICROCHIPPING
Typically each spring and fall, Haywood Spay/Neuter holds a microchip clinic that offers free microchip insertion. Microchips provide a permanent ID for your pet. Note that microchips are always available during the spay/neuter surgery for a $5 charge.
Haywood Spay/Neuter uses Found Animal Registry and Petstablished microchips. You can go into the registry on line and change or add information about your pet as needed. More information about Found Animal microchips can be found at www.foundanimals.org. More information about Petsablished microchips can be found at Petsablished.com.

If you wish to look up a microchip number to get pet and owner information for a specific cat or dog, go to www.petmicrochiplookup.org
