The 6th annual Haywood Spay and Neuter Mah Jongg Tournament will take place on Wednesday, August 12th, 2026 at 11:30 a.m.  The tournament will be held at the Maggie Valley Club, 1819 Country Club Drive, Maggie Valley, NC  28751.

 

We would love to have you join us for this special fundraiser.  The cost per ticket is $60.00, which includes a chicken Caesar salad lunch (or a vegetarian choice), a glass of wine, and an afternoon playing Mah Jongg. There is also a cash bar available.  You can register for yourself or for a table of four.  The cost for the table of four is $240.00. There is a limit of 80 tickets available, so please sign up as soon as possible. The tickets are non-refundable.  

 

The tournament will have a beginner's table.  If you have not been playing for long but would like to attend, please check the line on the registration form indicating that you are a “beginner”.  If we do not have enough beginners to fill a table, we will have to cancel your registration and return your check.

Please send the Registration form by July 12, 2026, with an enclosed check in the amount of $60.00 for signing up yourself, or $240.00 for signing up for a table of four.  Checks should be made payable to Haywood Spay/Neuter and mailed along with the Registration form to Helen Chakraborty, 78 Rising Sun Road, Waynesville, NC 28786.

 

If you do not sign up for a table, you will be assigned a table by the committee.
