Haywood Spay/Neuter, a Program of Sarge’s Animal Rescue Foundation

 

The 5th Haywood Spay and Neuter (Sarge’s Animal Rescue Foundation) Mah Jongg Tournament will be held on Wednesday, August 13th, 2025 at 11:30 a.m.  This year the tournament will be held at Maggie Valley Country Club, 1819 Country Club Drive, Maggie Valley, NC  28751.

 

Haywood Spay/Neuter, a Program of Sarge’s Animal Rescue Foundation, provides low-cost spay/neuter services, pet medications, and urgent care funding assistance. Sarge’s Animal Rescue Foundation, Inc. strives to decrease the number of homeless dogs and cats in Haywood County. This organization is essential to animal welfare in our County.

 

We would love to have you join us for this special fundraiser.  The cost per ticket is $60.00, which includes lunch, a glass of wine, and an afternoon playing Mah Jongg. You can register for yourself or a table of four.  The cost for the table of four is $240.00.  There is a limit of 48 tickets, so please sign up as soon as possible. The tickets are non-refundable.

 

If you do not sign up for a table, you will be assigned a table by the committee.

 

This year, the tournament will have a beginners' table.  If you have not been playing for long but would like to attend, please don’t hesitate to register.  We would love to have you join us. If we do not have enough beginners to fill a table, we will have to cancel your registration and return your check.

 

Please note that we will not be switching tables between games at this tournament.
